Users acknowledge that StemEZ has the right to use the provided email address as the main means of communication.
The users are responsible for keeping their passwords secure. StemEZ cannot and is not responsible for losses or damages incurred because of non-compliance with the security of the account and password.
Violation of the terms of use or non-compliance with other terms at the discretion of StemEZ will result in the immediate termination of the user’s services.
In Short: It is forbidden to use StemEZ to carry out illegal activities or transfer malicious files. The service is canceled in case of violation of any of these points. Email address is the main means of communication.
2. Account Activation
The person who subscribes to StemEZ becomes the authorized user of the website. They will be authorized to make use of all the services we offer in the chosen subscription plan.
If a user has subscribed to StemEZ services on behalf of an employer, then the account holder must be the employer.
In Short: If the user registers on behalf of the employer, the employer is the account holder and owner.
3. General Conditions
Before registering at StemEZ, you must read, agree, and follow all the points covered in the present terms of use.
Technical support is provided on paid and free trial accounts via email.
It is prohibited to use StemEZ service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. StemEZ Rights
We reserve the right to change, cancel, or stop services at any time. In case of a dispute over account ownership, we reserve the right to request verification documents.
5. Limitation of Liability
The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that StemEZ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages or lost revenue.
6. Cancellation or A Valid Agreement
These Terms of Use govern the entire agreement between the User and StemEZ.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain rights for all intellectual property content provided by StemEZ.
8. Payment Policy
To start your subscription to StemEZ, you must attach a valid bank card. You will be charged only after the 30-day free trial period.
9. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription in their dashboard at any time.
10. Refund Policy
If you cancel mid-period, you will continue using features until the current term expires.
